Allows the Client unlimited usage rights in perpetuity, for their own direct marketing, portfolio, social media, and internal promotional purposes, across print and digital formats. This license does not extend to third-party vendors, publications, or collaborators without additional licensing.

Photographer may enter into separate license agreements with third parties at any time (this will not be done without the expressed consent of our client.)

No third-party rights granted -- images may not be resold or redistributed by the client to third parties in any form.

Client may not sublicense, sell, distribute, or otherwise permit the use of the images by third parties (e.g., furniture makers, fabricators, contractors, publications, or retail vendors) without the Photographer’s prior written permission and a separate usage agreement.

This license shall be valid for an unlimited amount of time.

Not transferred

Photographer retains copyright ownership in perpetuity and is free to use the images at will.

**All Work created by the Creator and the associated copyright is the sole and exclusive property of the Creator. Grant of any reproduction rights to the Client is conditioned upon receipt of payment in full, from Client (or Agency). All rights not expressly granted shall be reserved by the Creator. Modification of Work and/or incorporation of Work in any layout or concept shall not constitute a joint work or derivative work. If Client (or Agency) wishes to make any additional uses of the Work not detailed in the Licensing Option/s above, Client (or Agency) shall obtain permission from the Creator and negotiate an additional fee for that use, which may be greater than any Licensing Option/s originally quoted.
